Emotions need to be felt, but they also need to be released. At some point, you have a choice: stay stuck in the pain, or step towards joy.
Let’s unpack this:
No feeling is ever final. The way you feel about not becoming a mother will change when you acknowledge these emotions and decide to engage with them. In our work with the women who have become members of our support group, we've learned that many of them are nurturers in their own way. We've also learned the importance of connecting with other women who understand this experience and choose to move forward together. Acknowledging the grief and loss about the life you envisioned not happening is a crucial step in deciding to move forward with purpose and meaning. We're ready to help you find that next step in your purpose and create a new narrative for your life. - Adriana Rodriguez-Baptiste
